The cherry wood lemon squeezer combines functionality and design in a practical and elegant object and echoes a classic type of turned wood. Design by Kuno Prey and Alberto Gozzi.

Alberto Gozzi

Alberto Gozzi was born in Ghemme (Novara) in 1939. He pursued his professional career in France, Germany, England, and Switzerland, gaining extensive experience in all areas of hotel management. Passionate about the culture of the Art of Hospitality, he collaborated on many Alessi projects for tableware and kitchenware. He also became the coordinator of the research that led to the creation of the "Orion's Belt" and, with Alberto Alessi, is the author of the eponymous book "La Cintura di Orione" – Longanesi & C. – History, technique, and use of metal cooking vessels for Haute Cuisine.
