2. Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern online sales of products offered through www.ledar.it to consumers. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

3. Products

The essential characteristics of each product are described on its product page. Images are for illustrative purposes; differences in display do not alter the essential product characteristics stated.

Product availability and any purchase restrictions are indicated on the website.

4. Prices, Orders and Payments

All prices are expressed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless expressly stated otherwise.

Any shipping charges and the total order amount are displayed before the purchase is confirmed.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout and include credit/debit cards and PayPal, where enabled.

Orders are submitted through the checkout process. Customers receive electronic order confirmation. If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the customer will be informed and any amounts already paid will be refunded.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery times:

• Italy: 2–3 business days.
• European Union: 3–7 business days.

Orders are shipped through selected carriers. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistical circumstances.

Shipping within Italy is free. Orders shipped to EU countries are subject to the shipping charge displayed at checkout, currently €9.90, unless different conditions or promotions are shown before purchase.

Carrier delays do not affect the consumer's statutory rights concerning delivery. The risk of loss or damage generally passes to the consumer only when the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods, subject to statutory exceptions.

6. Shipping Countries

LEDAR ships to EU countries enabled at checkout, including: Italy, Germany, France, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Portugal, Ireland, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta and Cyprus.

Actual delivery availability for a particular address is confirmed during checkout.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to the conditions and exceptions provided by law.

To exercise this right, consumers must send an unequivocal statement before the deadline to info@ledar.it, preferably including the order number. No specific form is required.

Goods must be returned within 14 days after notifying LEDAR of the withdrawal, following the return-address instructions provided by LEDAR.

Direct return shipping costs for a change-of-mind withdrawal are borne by the consumer, unless otherwise stated or required by law.

Consumers are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, to the extent provided by law.

The absence of original packaging does not automatically remove the right of withdrawal.

For sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal may be excluded if the goods have been unsealed after delivery, in the circumstances provided by law.

8. Refunds

In the event of a valid withdrawal, LEDAR will reimburse all payments received, including any standard delivery costs paid by the consumer, excluding supplementary costs resulting from the consumer's choice of a more expensive delivery method than the least expensive standard delivery offered.

Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after LEDAR is informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw.

Unless LEDAR has offered to collect the goods, reimbursement may be withheld until the goods have been received or the consumer provides evidence of having returned them, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise, at no additional cost to the consumer.

9. Damaged, Defective or Non-Conforming Products

If a product is damaged, incorrect or does not conform to the contract, customers may contact info@ledar.it, preferably including their order number and relevant photographs.

Prompt notification, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, is recommended to facilitate assistance. This recommendation is not a legal deadline and does not restrict statutory rights under the legal guarantee of conformity.

Consumers retain all remedies provided by law, including, where applicable, replacement, repair, price reduction or termination of the contract.

The seller bears the necessary costs of statutory remedies for lack of conformity where required by law.

10. Liability

LEDAR is responsible for its contractual obligations and liabilities established by applicable law.

The seller is not liable for damage arising exclusively from improper use of products attributable to the customer, to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, statutory conformity guarantees or other mandatory consumer rights.

11. Use of the Website

The website must not be used for unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorized purposes. Customers agree to provide accurate information when placing orders.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law.

For consumers habitually resident in another country, this choice of law does not deprive them of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence, where applicable.

Mandatory rules on jurisdiction protecting consumers remain unaffected.

13. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Information about alternative dispute resolution (ADR) bodies in the European Union is available through the European Commission portal:

Consumers retain the right to contact the competent authorities and courts. Any additional statutory ADR information obligations apply in accordance with applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

LEDAR may update these Terms for future orders. Orders already concluded remain subject to the conditions accepted at the time of purchase, subject to mandatory legal provisions.
