Customer satisfaction is our priority. Below you will find our conditions regarding returns, replacements and refunds, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

1. Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days

If you purchase as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision through an unequivocal statement before the deadline by contacting:

2. Condition of Returned Products

You may inspect and test the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

If the product is handled beyond what is necessary, you may be responsible for any resulting diminished value, to the extent provided by law.

We ask you to return the product with its original packaging and any accessories received, where available, and to protect it adequately during shipping.

The absence of original packaging does not automatically result in the loss of the right of withdrawal.

3. Sealed Products and Exceptions

For sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal may be excluded if the seal has been removed after delivery, in the circumstances provided by applicable law.

Any such exclusion is assessed according to the nature of the product and the legal requirements. It does not automatically apply to all opened products.

4. Return Procedure

To request a return:

1. Email info@ledar.it, preferably providing your first and last name, order number and, if you wish, the reason for your request.

2. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

3. Send the product back within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you dispatch the product before the 14-day period expires.

Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number, if available.

5. Return Shipping Costs

For a change-of-mind withdrawal, direct return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated or required by law.

For defective, damaged or non-conforming products, LEDAR bears the costs necessary for statutory remedies under the legal guarantee, where required by law.

6. Refunds Following Withdrawal

In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received, including any standard delivery charges paid for the order.

Additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery option offered will not be refunded.

Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

Unless LEDAR has offered to collect the product directly, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise, at no additional cost to the customer.

7. Defective, Damaged or Non-Conforming Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming product, please contact us at:

To facilitate verification, please provide your order number and, where possible, photographs of the product and its packaging.

We recommend reporting any visible damage promptly, preferably within 48 hours of delivery. This recommendation is not a mandatory deadline and does not restrict your statutory warranty rights.

In the event of a lack of conformity, you are entitled to the remedies provided by law, including, where applicable, repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract.

The statutory legal guarantee of conformity applies in accordance with applicable law and is not limited by these conditions.
