These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the www.ledar.it website, as well as the purchase of products sold through the site.

2. SCOPE
These Terms and Conditions govern the distance selling of products offered on the www.ledar.it website to consumers and, where compatible, to professional users.
3. PRODUCTS
The products sold on the website are described in their respective product sheets.
The images published are for illustrative purposes and may not perfectly represent the actual product, it being understood that the essential characteristics of the product are indicated in the product sheet.
4. PRICES
All prices are expressed in Euros (€).
Unless otherwise indicated, prices include VAT.
Any shipping costs or other additional costs are indicated before the order is concluded.
5. PURCHASE METHODS
To place an order, the user must:
- select the desired products and add them to the cart;
- check the order summary;
- enter the required billing, shipping, and contact details;
- choose the available payment method;
- confirm the order and proceed with payment.
Placing an order implies an obligation to pay.
6. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
The sales contract is considered concluded when the seller sends the customer the order confirmation to the email address indicated during the purchase.
The seller reserves the right not to accept incomplete or incorrectly completed orders or in case of product unavailability. In such cases, the customer will be informed and, if payment has already been made, will receive a refund of any amounts already paid.
7. PAYMENTS
Payment can be made using the methods made available on the website at the time of purchase.
The seller reserves the right to update the available payment methods at any time.
8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipments are made to the address indicated by the customer during the order process.
The delivery times indicated on the website are estimated and run from the order confirmation, barring unforeseen circumstances not attributable to the seller or the carrier.
The seller is not responsible for delays attributable to the courier, force majeure, or incorrect shipping data provided by the customer.
Upon shipment, where applicable, the customer will receive a communication with tracking information.

9. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
The availability of products shown on the website may vary without prior notice.
In case of unavailability occurring after purchase, the customer will be promptly informed and will be entitled to a refund of any amount already paid for the unavailable product.
10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If the customer purchases as a consumer, they have the right to withdraw from the contract without stating reasons within 14 days from the day on which they or a third party designated by them, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send an explicit communication to:

The communication must contain at least:
- customer's first and last name;
- order number;
- products for which the right of withdrawal is to be exercised;
- date of receipt of the order.
The customer must return the products within 14 days from the communication of withdrawal, according to the instructions they will receive from the seller.
Unless otherwise indicated on the "Returns and Refunds" page, the direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the communication of withdrawal, it being understood that the seller may withhold the refund until the goods are received or until the customer has provided proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
The refund will be made using, where possible, the same payment method used for the initial transaction.

11. EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS TO WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal may be excluded or limited in cases provided for by applicable law.
12. LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY
For products sold to consumers, the legal guarantee of conformity provided by law applies.
In case of a defective or non-conforming product, the customer can contact the seller at info@ledar.it, indicating the order number and describing the problem encountered.
13. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
The customer undertakes to provide true, complete, and updated data during the purchase process.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the shipping data entered.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The seller cannot be held liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of earnings, or other unforeseeable damages resulting from the use of the website or the inability to use it, except in cases provided for by law.
The seller's liability remains unaffected in cases of willful misconduct, gross negligence, or in cases where limitation is prohibited by law.

18. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.
For disputes with consumers, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, if located in the territory of the Italian State, remains competent in cases provided for by law.
For any dispute with non-consumer users, where applicable, the Court of Pesaro shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
