The field of objects for the bar and for serving wine is a typological field in which Alessi has always specialized. The 870 shaker is among the very first objects designed by external designers and is now present in almost all bars on four continents. Recently various designers have been involved in a new series of products, among these, the “Bolly” cooler, designed by Jasper Morrison, developed in collaboration with the famous French champagne producer Bollinger of Ay.
