The Pulcina coffee maker, designed by Michele de Lucchi, is a revolutionary moka that combines the technology developed by il caffè and the design experience of Alessi. Made of cast aluminum, Pulcina contains a small but substantial design innovation: its shape allows you to prepare a practically perfect coffee.

Pulcina is a high-performance coffee maker, with a boiler that stops dispensing the drink at the right time, before the coffee acquires a bitter aftertaste. This allows the full-bodied and rounded aroma of this drink to be enhanced. The spout was designed with the same care for the functional aspects: when pouring the coffee, its particular V-shape, reminiscent of a chick's beak, allows the drop to be perfectly cut. The coffee maker is completed by the handle and the plastic knob in black and red.
